新生报到及相关安排
Registration Schedule
报到日期：2025年9月23日-9月25日 8:30-16:00
报到地点：浙江经贸职业技术学院北门，学林雅苑3号楼7楼
注意事项：按时报到，并携带相关材料，手机端下载好相关软件。
Registration Date: September 23-25, 2025, 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Registration Location: North Gate of Zhejiang Institute of Economics and Trade, Building 3, 7th Floor, Xuelin Yayuan
Note: Register on time and bring relevant materials. Please download the necessary software on your mobile device in advance.
报到所需材料
Required documents
请携带以下材料原件和复印件完成学校入学资格复查，材料清单如下：
(1) 护照以及首页复印件1份
(2) 录取通知书原件或复印件1份
（3）JW202表1份
(4) 1寸照2张
Take the original and copies of the following documents.
(1) Passport & One copy of its first page.
(2) Original paper or copy of the admission letter
（3）JW202 form
(4) Two 1-inch photos
报到流程 Registration Process
1.入住登记（出示护照、JW202表）
Check-in（Passport,JW202 Form）
2.下载APP、加入新生群
Download APP，join the Group
3.填写信息表、领取钥匙\礼袋（711房间）
Fill in the form, get the key/gift bag（Room 711）
4.办理电话卡(8楼）
Buy Sim Card（8th Floor）
5.租赁空调(8楼）
Rent air conditioning（8th Floor）

1.交通指南
Transportation Guidance
1) 机场打车至浙江经贸职业技术学院北门。
2）乘坐地铁1号线至文海南路站，打车至浙江经贸职业技术学院北门。
1）Take a taxi from the airport to the north gate of Zhejiang Institute of Economics and Trade.
2）Take metro line 1 to WenHaiNan Road, then take a taxi to the north gate of Zhejiang Institute of Economics and Trade.
2. 软件指南
APPS Guidance
在手机下载好微信、支付宝、钉钉等必备软件，中国的电子支付非常普及。建议准备适量的人民币现金。
Download essential apps like WeChat, Alipay, and DingTalk on your phone. Electronic payments are very common in China.Please prepare a sufficient amount of cash in RMB.
3. 关于保险
About Insurance
所有新生入校后统一购买来华留学生保险。
All new students will purchase insurance for international students after enrollment.
4.关于体检
About Physical Examination
1) 国际学生来华前，须按照《外国人体格检查纪录》的内容在中国境外检查身体。
2) 到校后，全体学生统一持护照在指定时间集合，前往浙江省中医院（下沙院区）进行体检，体检费自理。
1) Before departure, students are suggested to do the Physical Check abroad.
2) After arriving at school, all students will gather at the designated time with their passports and go to Zhejiang Provincial Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital (Xiasha Campus) for a physical examination. The examination fee will be borne by themselves.
5.关于签证更换
About Visa Change After Arrival
持 X1 签证入境的国际学生应在入境之日起 30 日内办理学习类居留许可。
The X1 Visa will only be valid for 30 days after your arrival. You must apply for a Residence Permit within 30 days in order to obtain a legal status in China. It is better for you to arrive at ZJIET at the set time of the Admission Notice, because you will be not eligible to apply for a Residence Permit until you are a registered student of ZJIET.
6. 入境要求
Entry Requirements
请关注中国入境相关规定，不得携带违禁物品入境。
Please pay attention to China's entry regulations and do not bring prohibited items into the country.
7.关注学校官方信息

新生报到后，关注学校官方公众号、学校国际及港澳台交流官方公众号和班主任辅导员发布的信息，切勿相信冒充老师、学长、学姐等身份不明人士发布的来源不明信息。如遇以上情况或其他突发事件，可联系班主任辅导员，或拨打校园报警电话：0571-86938110。
Pay close attention to any information sent by the ZJIET official WeChat account（浙江经贸职业技术学院）, School of International Exchange official WeChat account (浙江经贸学院国际及港澳台交流), head teachers and instructors. Do not trust information released by strangers who say that they are teachers or senior schoolmates. If you encounter the situation above or other emergency, you can contact with head teachers, instructors or call the school police: 0571-86938110.
