今年第18号台风 “沙德尔”（强台风级）预计于27日夜间至28日上午在浙江象山到福建福清一带沿海登陆。
It is forecast that Saudel is expected to make landfall along the coast from Xiangshan, Zhejiang to Fuqing, Fujian between the night of the 27th and the morning of the 28th.
受 “沙德尔” 影响，27-29日杭州市将有一次明显风雨过程；沿海和浙南地区有大雨、暴雨，部分大暴雨，温州、台州、丽水东部等地局地特大暴雨。请同学们密切关注台风动态，留意并遵守以下安全注意事项。
Affected by Saudel, Hangzhou will experience obvious wind and rainfall from the 27th to the 29th. Coastal areas and southern Zhejiang will see heavy rain and rainstorms, with some areas experiencing severe rainstorms, and locally extreme rainstorms in places such as Wenzhou, Taizhou, and eastern Lishui. Please pay close attention to typhoon updates and follow the safety precautions below.
1.台风影响期间，尽量减少外出、远行。
During the typhoon period, avoid unnecessary outings, travel.
2.为预防台风造成的停水停电，请同学们适当做好食品和饮用水等的储备。
In order to prevent the water and power cuts caused by typhoons, please reserve food and drinking water properly.
3.切断闲置电源，妥善保管电子设备，防范风雨、积水引发漏电、浸水风险。
Cut off idle power supplies, and protect electronic devices from water leakage and electric shock.
4.请同学们关好门窗，检查宿舍门窗，插销状况，如有损坏及时报修。
Please close the doors and windows, check the doors and windows of the dormitory. If there is any damage, report repairs promptly.
5.远离危险区域。切勿前往低洼地带、地下车库、河道、海边、高空构筑物周边等危险区域，遇路面积水切勿涉水通行。
Stay away from dangerous areas. Avoid low-lying areas, underground spaces, rivers, seaside and high-rise structures. Do not wade through flooded roads.
